Dinner on the Farm

We recently posted about eating local right here in Bellingham, but if you are looking for other ways to try local food head out to Everson this weekend. Nimbus Restaurant is hosting its first Dinner on the Farm with Cloud Mountain Farm. The 4-course dinner will be prepared by Nimbus’ owner and chef Josh Silverman using fruits and vegetables from Cloud Mountain Farm. The wine pairings served will also be local with grapes originating in western Washington. The event will allow guests to tour the farm, actually sourcing where their food came from. If you missed this weeks Eat Local at Mount Bakery head to Cloud Mountain Farm Sunday where you can eat local and see where your food comes from. Enjoy and continue to eat local!
